Matt Haeck’s Pair of Sirens Out Now

30 May, 2008

CorC’s Matt Haeck and friends had a party last night, to celebrate the release of Matt’s very good new album, Pair of Sirens. You can listen to several of the songs on Matt’s MySpace page. Another WSC student, Matt Morgan, took this great photo of Matt — along with a lot of other great photos of Matt and many other people and things — all of which you can find here.

Pair of Sirens

Matt Haeck “Comfort in the Dust”
“Starting immediately with an easily identifiable double bass, this moody track builds to an epiphany of a conclusion. The orchestral song thrives on minor chords and metaphors, while his commanding, baritone voice never wanes. Haeck flies well under the radar, so keep your eyes peeled for his April 2008 release.”

Alisia, Iz, Eric and I were all there with the rest of the full house. It was a great show! I have one concert pic up on about us under Matt’s profile. Way to go Matt! Thanks for a fun night.
